This is the highest level of training I offer. These are for highly driven and motivated clients who want to take their mental strength, training, health, and fitness to the next level.

It's a high level of accountability, including weekly and daily check-ins, as well as weekly calls. This is 24/7 access to me with a high level of communication to push to the next level. 

This includes General conversations not only on fitness and training but also on nutritional guides, health, current trends, and mentorship. A high level of psychology and mental toughness. 

This also comes with full inclusion in my network of health professionals, therapists, and coaches.
