Injury and Pain Rehab
Everyone comes across an injury at some point in their athletic life span. With over 15 years of contact and strength sports, this is one aspect where I pride myself in helping.
Learning from some amazing Coaches and PTs (Caroll, McGill, Lock) has allowed me to set up a strong backbone for specified rehab protocols for several injuries. Working in conjunction with the athlete, their medical professionals, and overall lifestyle, we work on making a “less is more” program tailored to you.
If you are returning from a debilitating injury, this program is for you. This very involved, disciplined, and rewarding program ultimately brings you back to sports and an active lifestyle.
You will receive a weekly customized training program. After payment, I will reach out to you to learn about your goals.
